which means we can do all the processes needed for metal, wood, and acrylic. we buy raw materials, do laser cutting, bending, folding, welding, powder coating, logo/graphic decoration, quality check, pack them, and ship. The products we have made have included, metal racks, wood displays, acrylic displays, illuminated signs, SEG light boxes, and SEG graphic frames.

Yes, main of our products ship to the US and Europe. Some products are shipped to Australia, Korea Japan, and Canada.
About orders
For Small Items, like hangers, pegs, cap holders. The MOQ is 300 units.
For big items (floor stand /rack), The MOQ is 50 units.
For a regular floor stand/counter rack around 2 weeks, if it’s a system/kit that includes many items the sample development might take 4-5 weeks
Normally, the Prototype fee is 2-3 times the bulk product cost.
The prototype fee will be refunded after the bulk order is placed.
We can quote a project with a sketch or concept.
To start the sample development, a technical drawing will be needed. Either you send us the drawing or our engineering team creates the drawing.
We don’t have any stock.
All our orders are customized as per the client’s order qty.
It depends on different projects.
The normal production lead time is 5-6 weeks for a pure metal or wood display.
If the project is more complicated, the production lead time might be 8 weeks.
After sales service
We do 100% quality check before package. and a AQL check after package(randomly picked some qty according to AQL standard)
First of all, for the past 10 years, we only had very few quality complaints. So most likely the goods you will receive are in good condition.
But if any quality issue happens, we will either make a new one to replace it. Or give you the credit back.
